One of my main area of interest in the exploitation of polarisation information for the following:

• To deduce geometrical information about an object.
• To enhance underwater imaging systems.

I am interested in both understanding and modelling the physics of reflection-induced polarisation and a more application focussed robotics approach. The introductory material here may whet your appetite. Further information and full citations can be found in my publications.
