interactive parameter adaptation tool
There are numerous publications on IPAT and its development.
IPAT was developed at the University of the West Of England as part of an ECSC Steel RTD project, Improvement of automatic surface inspection in flat steel products. It was first developed as a Matlab-based application. In 2008, as a complement to the Dynavis project, the GUI was enhanced and it was turned into a Windows application.
