The English to English Translator

Background

All researchers have at some point experienced the pain of being forced to read numerous references in order to gain credibility.
However, the anticipation of having access to vast amounts of knowledge published in the form of journals and conferences papers, quickly gives way to the bitter taste of miscomprehension.
Although the original feeling is a fear to discover one's own lack of education, this feeling is gradually replaced with a phobia to reading. The reader becomes put off by the poor comprehensibility of the sought knowledge, and frequent accesses to the rapidly worning out dictionary is mostly seen as a waste of the reader's time as opposed to an indicator of the author's intellect.

Purpose

The motto behind this package is that intelligence and intelligibility should be inseparable entities.
This package is developed so as to permit anyone with a standard understanding of the English language to make sense of a paper. The user is required to copy the incomprehensible sentence or paragraph into the upper text box, press the button, and a (often disappointing) comprehensible translation of the incriminated text is provided in the lower text box.

Status

Due to the ever increasing amount of incomprehensible ways people find to express themselves, this is only a prototype far from maturity. As a result, no download is available.
A future version will be built on the same engine so as to transform standard bland English text into something which looks big and clever. Unfortunately, it will remain incapable to increase the inherent importance and usefulness of papers that have nothing to say.
