Research

I am in the final year of a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction at UWE. My main research interests are user-experience design, sociotechnical systems, user emotion and interaction design. I have also worked as a Research Assistant on the Mobiserv project, developing a personal intelligent robotic platform to support older adults to live independently in their homes.

Interests

I organise Bristol Girl Geek Dinners - a social group for women who are interested in engineering and technology. (bristolgirlgeekdinners.com)

I currently run three businesses, working predominantly as a web developer, writer and consultant.
