Circe : Data transformations and links
Circe is a Greek goddess and magician who turned enemies into animals. In this incarnation, Circe transforms raw data into derivable data and relevant URIs.
Circe currently includes only a few basic transformations and link templates. Location data in the UK are quite well covered, including now postcodes thanks to the work of Stuart Harrison.
You can now get from an IP address to a Westminster Constituency!
Until version 2 of Circe allows user submission of additional transformers and hyper-link templates, please send any suggestions or comments to
Chris Wallace

Caveats
- Running on a development server at UWE, Bristol and not yet available for production use
- Alpha version subject to change
- Transformations need pre and post conditions - silly answers produced if the data is out of bounds for the transformation.
- No caching other than in the server proxy
- No API to accept and return RDF and XML
- No attempt to deduce the copyright applicable to the derived data from the copyright of each source used.
