1.0 Introduction

"Investigating and implement the idea of 'ModConsWest' (Modelling and Constructionism with Web based E-Learning Semantic Tools)"

This web based report sets out to investigate and attempt to implement the concept of ‘ModConsWest' (Modelling and Constructionism with Web based E-Learning Semantic Tools). It shall indulge into the function of Semantic Web embedded within the concept ModConsWest.

Once the theory of Web Semantics has been visited this will lead to exploring the uses of the Web Semantics to create a collaborative (inexpensive) interactive web modelling learning tool for educational purposes.

Techniques in illustrating the use of Html, XML and XSL within a web-based learning environment.
